About our products

Majority of our beef is born and raised on the farm. They're raised on the veld where they are grass fed and then later on they are grain finished. We are therefore fortunate enough to reduce the stress factor as there is no transport needed. If we need to source in beef from local farmers, we try get them in a day or two before so they are relaxed which all helps maintain the quality of the meat.

We aim to provide our customers with frozen B-grade beef. What is B-grade beef you might ask? While most people are lead to believe that it has to do with the quality of the meat, it is actually the age of the animal.

A-grade being a younger animal and C-grade an older animal. When we do process C-grade beef, we make sure we allow it to mature on the hook for longer.
